Payment
Payment terms are outlined in project invoices and agreements. Work may not begin until required payments are received.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed project scope. Additional revisions may incur additional fees.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, assets, and information needed to complete the project.
Intellectual Property
Final approved designs become the property of the client upon full payment. ISAIAHGFX reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of design services, completed work is non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
ISAIAHGFX shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of its services.
Changes to Terms
ISAIAHGFX reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
